What is JipState?

JipState is a personal app for recording the appearance of a space with photos and notes. It supports move-in/out, before/after work, check-in/out, and general space records.

How does the photo comparison work?

A reference photo overlay helps you take another photo from a similar viewpoint. You can then compare two photos side by side, using a slider, or as an overlay. The app does not align the photos automatically or diagnose changes.

Can I use it when I move into a rented home?

Yes. You can organize your own room-by-room photos, notes, meter readings, and handover items. JipState does not replace a professional inspection, determine responsibility, give legal advice, or guarantee a particular legal effect.

Do I need an account or a subscription?

No. JipState is a one-time paid download with no account, in-app ads, subscription, or additional in-app purchase. Check Google Play for the price and availability in your region.

Can I export my records?

Yes. You can create Korean or English PDF reports in A4 or US Letter. A full ZIP backup includes original photos and restores as a separate project. Keep an independent backup before deleting the app or changing devices.

Which languages and platform are available here?

The app supports English and Korean. This page links to the Android version on Google Play; availability is determined by the store for your account and region.
